Biography

Alexandros Efstratiou is a Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Washington Information School and Center for an Informed Public (CIP). His work focuses on how polarization and naturally arising social groups influence the flow and acceptability of information in online social networks.

Efstratiou has an interdisciplinary background in Psychology and Computer Science. His research methods draw from various fields like social psychology, behavioral science, and computational social science.
